Категории игроков
Мальчики и девочки до 13, до 15 лет.
Новички (не более 4 месяцев)
Игроки могут заявляться в 2-х категориях.
Игроки старше 15 лет могут участвовать вне конкурса.
Посев
По решению главного судьи соревнований в соответствии с европейским и национальным рейтингом.
Матчи
Все матчи играют из 5 геймов по правилам WSF. Всем игрокам гарантируется минимум 3 матча. Организационный комитет сохраняет за собой право сократить количество геймов до 3 при необходимости.
Гейм до 11 очков (при преимуществе в 2 очка).
Максимальное количество игроков. Мальчики до 13-15: 32 игрока.
Максимальное количество игроков. Девочки до 13-15: 32 игрока.
Судейство
Все игроки судят следующий матч.

Призы
Во всех категориях победители и призеры награждаются подарками.
Все игроки допускаются на корт только в защитных очках.

Categories
Boys and Girls under 13, 15 years.
Players are allowed to enter two categories.
Eligibility
The LIGA Junior Open is open to all players under the age of 13, 15 on or before November 23rd 2014 (final date of the event).
Seeding
The seeding will be done using the European Junior Ranking. Any non-European players without an ESF Junior Ranking will be seeded by the Tournament Main Referee.
Matches
All matches will consist of the best-of-five sets, judged under the rules of the WSF. All players are guaranteed a minimum of three matches. The Tournament Organizers reserve the right to arrange plate matches consisting of three sets.
PAR 11 scoring (to 2 clear points) will be used.
Maximum number of players
Boys under 13-15: 32 players
Girls under 13-15: 32 players
Refereeing
All players will be expected to mark and referee matches

Prizes
The winners in every category will be awarded with prizes.
Insurance
Players enter and participate in the tournament at their own risk. All players have to wear approved protective eyewear on court.

Transfer and transportation services
Players and officials will be picked up and dropped off at Pulkovo Airport (Saint Petersburg) and Saint Petersburg railway stations.

Web publishing
The LIGA Junior Open will publish draws, results, pictures of players and the venue as well as video footage taken at the event. As this is an essential part of the LIGA Junior Open tournament rules, the Tournament Organizers assume that players and their parents accept these regulations by entering the tournament.
Entry fee
All participants are required to pay an entry fee of 15 EUR. The payment can be made by cash.
Draws
The seeding will be posted out to all players or their national associations by e-mail at least 2 days before the start of the event. Schedule of the first matches will be indicated for the participant players.
Eye guard
Wearing an approved eye protection on court is mandatory for participants. Players will not be allowed on court without wearing an approved eye protection.
